Ingredients:

* 4 aubergines
* 4 tomatoes
* Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* Walnuts
* Pine nuts
* Almonds
* Grated cheese

Cut the aubergines in half lengthwise, sprinkle them with a bit of olive oil and salt and cover with tomato slices. Prepare a sauce with a little olive oil and nuts and use it to sprinkle the aubergines,
Cover the preparation with grated cheeses and put it in the oven at 120º for 40 minutes.
